We offer high quality foiling service for profile and 3D components. We are suppliers of injection moulded components, white, coloured and woodgrain.
We were established in May 2008 and supply most major roofline manufactures with a Bespoke foiling service.
Products and Services
The products and services in which we offer are the following:
- A complete range of injection moulding products to compliment Ogee, SQ and Reveal fittings which match 85% of extruded boards supplied by roofline manufacturers.
- Touch up Pens.
- Foiling and a Bespoke Foiling service.
All the above carry a ten year manufacturing guarantee.
Manufacturing Information
Injection moulding - all these products are manufactured from 100% virgin UPVC compound which carried a ten year manufactures guarantee on colourfast.
Touch Up Pens - we offer a complete range of touch up repair pens consisting of 18ml of high quality lacquer to compliment the leading foiling manufacturers. The range includes 42 colours, which you can order from the standard RAL reference list. Each pen comes with a spare tip, the pen is used to repair the marks made on fabrication, installation or in transit.
Foiling - 3D offers its own range of foiled parts to compliment the injection moulding products offered above.
Bespoke Foiling - we also offer a Bespoke foiling service from fascia fittings to window, door and conservatory widgets foiled to the customers needs from a library of over 40 different foiled finishes.
